MTSC
MTSC was established in June 2015, following the dissolution of the partnership between the main shareholders of Balkan TV (a close relative of former Socialist Party MP Koço Kokëdhima) and FFM Group (where the majority of shares are owned by Alba Malltezi, the spouse of Carlo Bolino), which held 35% of the shares of the company that operated A1 Report TV.
After the partnership between Bolino and Kokëdhima dissolved, a collaborator of Bolino, Lindita Dode, founded a trading company named Multiscreen in June 2015. In July, Multiscreen acquired the rights to broadcast on the closed TV frequencies of Alsat, and in October 2015, it changed its name to Multiscreen; Report TV. Even though it was widely known that the television was founded and managed by Bolino, he officially purchased the shares from Dode in April 2017 for a price of 3.5 million lekë. In 2019, the company was renamed MTSC; Report TV.
In 2019, like other media companies in the country, MTSC received a symbolic lease of 1 Euro from the "Rama" government for a 4894-square-meter area in Tirana to construct the television building. The new television building was inaugurated in December 2022.
FFM Group and Multiscreen are treated separately here, but the media owned by these two companies operate publicly as part of the same group. The online page Shqiptarja.com publishes Report TV videos and the link to the television's live broadcasts, and the television reports on the news published on the online platform. Similarly, the social media pages of the media and the group treat the media as interconnected under the leadership of Bolino and Malltezi.

Carlo Bollino, a former ANSA journalist, was the director and administrator of the newspaper "Gazeta Shqiptare," which began publication in Tirana in 1993, and later of the News 24 and Balkanweb television stations.
In 2011, the Italian company Edisud S.p.a sold the shares, and Bollino, along with his spouse Alba Malltezi and some of the journalists from these media, founded the newspaper "Shqiptarja.com." Later, their company Media Content acquired 34% of the shares of the company owned by former Member of Parliament of the Socialist Party, Koço Kokëdhima, known as Balkan TV, to launch television broadcasts together under the name A1 Report. The agreement that began at the end of 2013 was officially terminated in September 2015. Formally, the company remains active, and Media Content continues to hold 34% of the shares. Meanwhile, Malltezi owns 80% of the shares of the company Free and Fair Media Group Shpk, FFM, which owns 99.53% of the shares of the online media Shqiptarja.com.
After the partnership between Bollino and Kokëdhima ended, a collaborator of Bollino, Lindita Dode, established a trading company named "Multiscreen" in June 2015. In July, AMA granted them the rights to broadcast on the frequencies of the closed television Alsat, and in October 2015, they changed the name to "Multiscreen; Report TV." Although it was internationally known that the television was founded and directed by Bollino, he officially bought the shares from Dode in April 2017 for a price of 3.5 million Albanian leks. In 2019, the company was renamed MTSC; Report TV.
In the 1990s, Bollino and the media under his direction faced attacks from the then-President Sali Berisha due to critical articles against the ruling power at the time. The tense relationship with Berisha continued even after his return to power as Prime Minister from 2005 to 2013, or as the leader of the opposition after 2013. After the protest with four victims on January 21, 2011, Bollino's spouse, Alba Malltezi, accused Berisha of being behind the operation of selling the News 24 television by Edisud S.p.a to take control of it. Meanwhile, Berisha and his supporters have accused Bollino of "blind support" for Rama's government and benefiting from public assets.
Bollino is the creator and curator of two Bunk'Art projects that aim to depict Albania's communist past. The projects were realized in 2014 and 2016. In 2018, Bollino, through MTSC, founded the technology company C-7 - Integrated Communication Systems.
In 2019, the MTSC company, similar to other media companies in the country earlier, has taken on lease for a symbolic amount of 1 Euro from the "Rama" government an area of 4894 square meters in Tirana, for the construction of the television building. The new television building was inaugurated in December 2022.
