Club Muzikor
‘Club Muzikor’ is an Albanian joint stock company which owns the second biggest radio station in the country, Club FM. The origins of this company founded in March 1999, stem from the cooperation between the Greek partners, Nikolaos Papadopoulos and Ioannis Doudolakis and the Albanians Gjergji Shemko and Arben Bylykbashi. ‘Club Muzikor,’ which owns Club FM radio, later extended its activity into event management and advertising. At the time of the company’s foundation Papadopoulos and Doudoulakis controlled 26% of the shares each, while Bylykbashi and Shemko 24% each. Papadopoulos left the company in 2006 and donated his shares to Arben Bylykbashi. In November 2008, the other Greek owner Ioannis Doudoulakis left the company, donating his shares to Olta Reka, Bylykbashi’s sister-in-law. Since May 2015, Bylykbashi owns 74% of the company and Olta Reka 26%.

Olta Reka got involved in the company ‘Club Muzikor’ Sha in 2008, after one of the founders of the company, Ioannis Doudoulakis, donated to her his 26% of shares. Reka is also the sister-in-law of the main shareholder of Club FM, Arben Bylykbashi.

is a member of the association of Greek businesses in Albania. He started his radio business in 1992 in Thessaloniki when he launched Club FM Radio. He is also a shareholder of Sinsine FM and Libero FM in Thessaloniki, Greece. In 1999, Papadopoulos co-founded CLUB FM in Tirana. He left the company in 2006 and donated his shares to Arben Bylykbashi. Before leaving ‘Club Muzikor,’ Papadopoulos founded two other radio stations, ‘Love Radio’ and Radio DJ, while expanding his business in Albania with two other small consultancy companies, in advertising and telecommunications.
In November 2008, the other Greek owner Ioannis Doudoulakis left the company, donating its shares to Olta Reka.
The producer, Gjergji Shemko, who when the radio station was founded held the post of general director, also left the company in 2008. His shares in the company were first transferred to Halit Mema and later to Arben Bylykbashi.
Since May 2015, Bylykbashi owns 74% of the company and Olta Reka 26%, the sister-in-law of Bylykbashi.

Demi now heads the show “The morning ABC” at the ABC News TV and the show ‘A car with two wheels’ at Club FM. Demi is also a member of the supervisory board of the company ‘Club Muzikor.’
