TV KLAN
TV Klan is a national TV station in Albania and is part of one of the biggest media groups in the country. TV Klan started broadcasting in October 1997 and four years later won the competition for one of the two national licenses. It carries a mix of entertaining and informative content. TV Klan is known for its lifelong political show, “Opinion”, moderated by Blendi Fevziu and entertainment shows “E diela Shqiptare” [The Albanian Sunday]; Aldo Morning Show and “Piter Pan’s Trap”. TV Klan has developed one of the five digital terrestrial licenses in the country and media group has been extended with informative TV channels Klan Plus and Klan News and Klan Macedonia in North Macedonia. TV Klan JSC has also shares at Radio Klan (100%), Media 66 company (90.16%) and the telecommunication company Towers Network Albania (75%).

a former journalist and media entrepreneur, who during the last years has expanded his business also in the field of construction and real estate. He is a co-founder of the daily newspaper Koha Jone, the first independent newspapers published after the fall of communism in Albania. In 1997 Frangaj founded a company Media 6 with two other businessmen, Julien Roche and Marsel Skendo. Frangaj owned 50% of the company, while his two partners owned 25% each. Media 6 published the weekly magazine Klan and launched the television station with the same name. In 2013, the name of the company was changed from Media 6 to TV Klan. To date, Frangaj owns 60%, while his wife Alba Gina owns 40% at TV Klan. Over the years, Frangaj was involved in the establishment or acquisition of several other television stations in Albania, Kosovo and Macedonia, such as Klan Kosova, ABC News and Klan Macedonia, as well as initiating the paid platforms Satellite + in 2004 and Supersport in 2006, through shares owned by his wife. Today, his media group consists of TV Klan, Klan News, Klan Plus and Klan Macedonia as well as Radio Klan, while Gina owns 8% of the shares in the pay per view platform Digit-Alb.
the co-founder of Ada Holding, one of the oldest companies founded in Albania in October 1990, immediately after the Communist Regime allowed private enterprises. Since then, ADA Holding had activities in the airline industry, communication, construction, trade and energy; it included Adanet – the first Internet Service Provider in the country. In 1994, Skendo and his business partner, Julien Roche founded the English language newspaper, Albanian Daily News, which continues to be published to date. Skendo died in 2021.
