a former ANSA journalist, was the director and administrator of the newspaper "Gazeta Shqiptare," which began publication in Tirana in 1993, and later of the News 24 and Balkanweb television stations.
In 2011, the Italian company Edisud S.p.a sold the shares, and Bollino, along with his spouse Alba Malltezi and some of the journalists from these media, founded the newspaper "Shqiptarja.com." Later, their company Media Content acquired 34% of the shares of the company owned by former Member of Parliament of the Socialist Party, Koço Kokëdhima, known as Balkan TV, to launch television broadcasts together under the name A1 Report. The agreement that began at the end of 2013 was officially terminated in September 2015. Formally, the company remains active, and Media Content continues to hold 34% of the shares. Meanwhile, Malltezi owns 80% of the shares of the company Free and Fair Media Group Shpk, FFM, which owns 99.53% of the shares of the online media Shqiptarja.com. After the partnership between Bollino and Kokëdhima ended, a collaborator of Bollino, Lindita Dode, established a trading company named "Multiscreen" in June 2015. In July, AMA granted them the rights to broadcast on the frequencies of the closed television Alsat, and in October 2015, they changed the name to "Multiscreen; Report TV." Although it was internationally known that the television was founded and directed by Bollino, he officially bought the shares from Dode in April 2017 for a price of 3.5 million Albanian leks. In 2019, the company was renamed MTSC; Report TV.
