In addition to the articles published in the newspaper and the analysis of its well-known collaborators, the online edition of the newspaper "Panorama" offers updated information as well as a wider range of entertainment information from the world of sports and showbiz. Describing its online site as dominant in the market, Panorama Group responded to the MOM team's request for information and provided Google analytics data on readability. According to the company, Panorama.com.al had 75.4 million visits in May 2023 with 1.7 million unique visitors in the same month.

The daily newspaper ‘Panorama’ started publication in 2002, as a joint-venture between three businessmen, Irfan Hysenbelliu, Alban Xhaferri and Lefter Sota. The first two had considerable investments in the field of construction, while Sota was known for his metals company. Documents from the National Business Center show that Irfan Hysenbelliu owned 34% of the shares, while Xhaferri and Sota each had 33 % of shares in the company. Alban Xhaferri withdrew from the company in 2003 and one year later went on to open the newspaper “Metropol.” In 2005, Lefter Sota also transferred his shares in the company to Hysenbelliu and in the same year founded the newspaper ‘Tirana Observer.’ Both ‘Metropol‘ and ‘Tirana Observer‘ are defunct. From 2005 to June 2023, Irfan Hysenbelliu was the sole owner of the media house ‘Panorama Group. In June 2023 he donated his shares in this company to his children.

studied engineering and telecommunications at the University of Tirana. He has previously held the post of secretary for public affairs of the Socialist Movement for Integration and also has served as the CEO of Albania’s postal service. Cela has been a member of the Tirana city council and in the parliamentary elections of 2021 ran as an MP for the Socialist Movement for Integration. He has been the CEO of Panorama Group since January 2016 and the CEO of Focus Media News since September 2022.
