Haxhi Dybeli
Haxhi Dybeli is a former inspector at the General Directory of Taxation and the owner of “Fjala Media Group”. Dybeli first got involved in the business world in 2017, through the establishment of a short-lived money transfer company, ESP & BRN LLC, which ceased operations a few months later. Dybeli was an unknown figure in the Albanian media landscape, when in 2019 he decided to found three media companies, Albania Post, Albania Sot and FJL Media. In May 2020, FJL Media changed its name to Fjala Media Group and is the only active company now owned by Dybeli.
