Frangaj Family
Frangaj Family owns 100% of company shares, Aleksander Frangaj holds 60% and his wife, Alba Gina holds 40%. Aleksander Frangaj is a former journalist and media entrepreneur, who during the last years has expanded his business also in the field of construction and real estate. He is a co-founder of the daily newspaper Koha Jone, the first independent newspapers published after the fall of communism in Albania. In 1997 Frangaj founded Media 6 company with two other businessmen, Julien Roche and Marsel Skendo. Frangaj owned 50% of the company, while his two partners owned 25% each. Media 6 published the weekly magazine Klan and launched the television station with the same name. In 2013, the name of the company was changed from Media 6 to TV Klan. To date, Frangaj owns 60%, while his wife Alba Gina owns 40% at TV Klan. Over the years, Frangaj was involved in the establishment or acquisition of several other television stations in Albania, Kosovo and Macedonia, such as Klan Kosova, ABC News or Klan Macedonia, as well as initiating the paid platforms Satellite + in 2004 and Supersport in 2006, through shares owned by his wife. Today, his media group consists of TV Klan, Klan News, Klan Plus and Klan Macedonia as well as Radio Klan, while Gina owns 8% of the shares in the pay per view platform Digit-Alb.
Frangaj is considered to be a pro-government media owner regardless of who holds the power and has managed successfully to switch allegiances and side with any party in power over the past 25 years. In 1996, he ran for office for the Alliance Democratic Party, PAD, but was not elected. He has often been accused of being the main beneficiary of government advertising campaigns during 2008-2010, when the country was governed by Prime Minister Sali Berisha.
In 2015, he was accused of starting a building in a green space in the complex called "Laguna Blu" near the coastal town of Durres under unclear circumstances. Frangaj denied all allegations. However, he continued to expand his construction activities. In 2019, Frangaj co- founded AS Construction together with Balfin LLC owned by the businessman Samir Mane. By March 2020, Frangaj controlled 100% of the company. In June 2020, Frangaj became a developer in Mane's Green Coast resort in south Albania through a permit from the National Territorial Council headed by Prime Minister Edi Rama. The Albanian government has granted Green Coast the status of “strategic investor”. In 2022, Frangaj founded the company Irea.al with real estate activity.

Journalist and the director of the News Department in TV Klan. He is also the brother of the owner of TV Klan. Frangaj has previously worked as an adviser for the former Environment Minister, Fatmir Mediu (2012), and Media Assistant for the President Bujar Nishani (2016).
The host of Opinion, the most popular political show in Albanian media since 1997. Fevziu has been a journalist since the 1990s and had worked previously as Editor in Chief in various independent and party newspapers in the early 1990s before starting a career as a TV host. In the early 2000s, he was Director of Korrieri, now a defunct newspaper. His show has been aired four times per week since 2008. Fevziu also authored several fiction and non-fiction books.
