Esat Bojku

Esat Bojku, 46, is a Kosovo citizen from Peja. On 5 October 2022, Bojku founded the company "Media Holding" LLC in Tirana and two weeks later, Media Holding LLC purchased the Netherlands based company “Media ABC Holding BV for 2.7 million Euro. The latter owned ABC News television in Tirana through the daughter company A.B.C Management LLC.

Bojku is an unknown figure in the Albanian and Kosovo media market. According to the opposition leader, Sali Berisha, ABC News has been bought by the Kosovo businessman, Blerim Devolli, the owner of Birra Peja. Esat Bojku does not seem to have direct connections to Devolli’s companies. However, his father, Ismet Bojku has been the General Director for at least two of the Devolli’s companies.
