Alba Malltezi
Alba Malltezi established FFM Group Shpk (Free and Fair Media Group) on 21/09/2011, later joined by Eva Doçi and the Italian company Superba Shpk. Superba Shpk parted ways from the company in 2019.
FFM Group possesses a 99.53% ownership stake in the online platform "Shqiptarja.com." Meanwhile, Alba Malltezi holds 80 percent of the shares in the Free and Fair Media company, equivalent to a 79.6% interest in the "Shqiptarja.com" online platform.
Additionally, she holds 100 percent ownership of the Media Content company, which still retains 35 percent of the shares of the company that owns the A1 television, which is currently not broadcasting. Malltezi is the spouse of journalist Carlo Bollino and has been engaged in print media as a journalist for years. Malltezi maintains her own column on Shqiptarja.com, where she primarily writes about politics and current events. The couple, Bollino and Malltezi, have faced several accusations from the current opposition and former Prime Minister, Sali Berisha regarding their political proximity to Prime Minister Edi Rama. They vehemently denied the accusations and insisted on the editorial independence of the media outlets they manage.
